My wife has filed a case against me, for which I’m still needs to recieve the notice. Currently I’m located in US and from some sources it came to my knowledge that they have mentioned some of the below points in the case filed against me
1) demanded maintenance of 1.5 lakh per month
2) mentioned that we can file false case against them
3) abandoned her
4) harassment

Though I have some voice recordings that can prove they are putting false allegations on me and my family.But, I don’t know how dirty it’s going to be in future and how to handle this situation. We tried to reach out through middlemen to settle the case out of the court but there were no responses from other side.
At this point I’m not afraid going into legal formalities but not sure how to strategize or plan my actions ahead to get out from this case.

We both were together only for 4 months in US and after that she moved to India and staying with her family at their house.

Looking for some help and guidance.
