MCD decree passed.

Story: A (Husband) was working in EU and B(wife) was house wife in EU. When A and B visited india for B's bro marriage, B and her family asked A for his stridhan without any meaningful reason, A gave it to B but make notary paper of it. After that B filled complain in her local police station saying stridhan has not given + metal harassment and requested cops to catch A before his travel date and police called A and A visited them and show notary paper and it proved that whatever B is saying is wrong and A flown back to EU, after that B filed complain in CAW in A's local Area to block the travel of A, but at that day A was already out of town and on the way to EU.

A was successfully flown back to EU and There were nothing damaged occurred by B to A.
After that B is ready to come back but A lost trust and understand well that what B is wanted out of this juncture.
Filed MCD with less than 5K Euro as one time alimony. Decree has been passed.

Lesson: if there is opportunity of misusing the law, people will not miss the chance.

Thanks a lot to all people here. and good luck to fighters.

MCD in EU or India?
Congrats man you got a raw deal if that was in India, Hope the language of the decree covers any future claims to be adjusted against the amount paid.

Congratulations man! Did you manage to get the decree through POA or did you travel for first or second motion to India?

I filed MCD using POA, once i visited india at final motion.
But using video conferencing you can avoid visiting india for second motion as well.
