Hello All,

I got a divorce in USA in 2011 which is a contested divorce on the grounds of 'Irretrievable Breakdown'. My ex did not want the divorce but she contested and she never travelled to India after the divorce in USA. She was waiting for her GC and she is going to get her GC soon after which she can go to India and challenge this divorce.

Can she go to India now ( after 11 years of divorce in the USA ) and challenge this divorce?
Is there a time limit on this foreign divorce decree appeal ?
