Hi Friends My Situation is 498A FIR filled in Jan 2019 and charge sheet is not yet filled. I approached high court for FIR quashing and got families name removed. DV is at hearing stage and 125 is at counselling stage. My question is should i mention criminal proceeding pending while filling the passport renewal application. I will really appreciate your help on this. Thanks |
