Hi,
What is the surity amount to be paid in the court for AB for each person.
Is it differing from city to city
Could any One let me know.

Yes, it is at the discretion of the court and differs from HC to HC.

I have paid 20000 to 3 persons to the advocate and 15000 as surety amount in court in chennai.
I just want to know if this is a normal fee,

Here, the 15000 is paid to the 3 persons proportionately or on their terms. Another 5k is taken by advocate normally for arrangement. The 5k they take risk - in case you abscond, if you abide by conditions, then they pocket it. They are regulars. That is their part time profession. Anybody with a ration card can become a surety. Mostly they are the pan daba wallas, or the flower merchants or newspaper vendors etc.
Your bail order must read something like this. Ex: The accused be enlarged on bail by depositing an amount of Rs.15000 with 3 sureties. If this is not then paste your bail order and it can be deciphered.
