Dear Sir,

In order to proceed ahead with 2nd stage of my fight against my 498A wife, I am due to file revision petition in appellate court to Challenge Territorial Jurisdiction, on coming Friday 16-July.

I am attaching the respective softcopies of the supporting landmark judgments from various High Courts across India. I searched in AIR (respective state) & Cri.L.J. and could not find the same. I would be highly obliged if you can kindly let me know the "Publication Reference No." / can send across the following in printed form / hardcopy please.

Sometimes these cases are published only in the state journals & thereby can be accessed from the advocate's library of the High Court. Your local lawyer may also help you in locating the same from the District Bar Council Library located in District Court. Esteemed members of the Regional Chapters are kindly requested to extend the needful help to get the "Citation details" from their respective Courts please.

If these cases are not published anywhere then getting a "Certified Copy" from the respective High Court's coping section would be the last resort.
