hello friends,
i was facing false case of 125 crpc i.e maintenence case, i have filed transfer petition in supreme court and get the stay then on 9 jan it was finall hearing before justice arijit pasayat , he dismiss the 125 case on the ground of false 498 A and decided by him self i am very thank full to justice pasayat

Another urgent question to Gaurav...how did you manage to go to Supreme court (which eventually led to Justice Arijit Pasayat handling your case)? Because going through the lower courts is so difficult and takes ages. I would also like to go there...but don't know how to get out of the clutches of the lower courts...Can you please write in detail the progression of your case

hello friends, obviously its very difficult to run to door to door court of law for getting justice , in my case i had filled transfer petition in which apex court grant the stay on maintenence case even i have child 0f 4 years, one thing i want to tell is only the justice arijit pasayat is the man who is doing true justice and dose not look weather it is man or women , and luckly my case was come before him , in transfer petition it self decided the maintenece case and disposed the matter , i am also thankfull to my lawyer who fight this case with heart , may god bless u

The petition to transfer a case from one State (HC jurisdiction) to another can only be decided by the Supreme court. Maybe that was the route for gopal's case.

of course, it is for transfer to 1 to another state , but there is no case decided in past from husband side even courts dose not admits the petition , in my case it was admit and expartee stay also given and also decided maint case in transfer petition
