Hello Fighters,

After 1 year of Legal battle to meet my kid legally, i could finally make it possible. Case has come to the stage (heat) that its no more possible for lovely to default visitation order. Contempt has already been filed by me. I dont know how would it be disposed but feels good.

Only i know how i kept my cool when opposite lawyer used to come and put application for next date and happily go away with new date. My lovely has attended only 5% date so far and judge had my case in back of his mind.

Many more successes to come.

Not just sad. It is ridiculous how Indian courts deny even this basic right.

One wonders what kind of background these judges themselves come from. Maybe their own mothers never let them know their father. That is why they manifest this psychology when they are grown up.
