Dear members,
I and my mother and father have been acquitted from false charges of 498a, 323, 504, 506 and 3/4 DP act by the court of chief judicial magistrate. Luckily would be ex filed for divorce.

many congratulations.. could you please elaborate more ? tell us about:

1) your state/city
2) when was FIR registered/bail procured
3) when was chargesheet filed
4) for how long was the trial
5) details about the trial
6) any suggestions for us

@AAO judgement is in hindi and there is no provision of uploading pdf files in this forum. Also it is a long judgement of 15 pages.

@coolguitarist
1. U.P., Orai
2. In 2009 , regular bail for all as there was no provision of AB then.
3.after 4 months of filing fir.
4.Approx 4 years
5...........
6.Keep fighting.

No,my two relatives were there in fir but there name was removed by IO in chargesheet as they were not living with us.

Alok ji....aquittals dont come fast and easy...
U must have fought a brilliant fight and inspiration for many.

If u can kindly take the pain of translating it to english for fellow fighters.....we would be highly obliged.

Also what is the status of ur other cases ??

@Siranjit she has done my job by filing divorce herself few days before arguments in case.
@coolguitarist stages are:-
1.FIR
2.Bail
3.Investigation which is never done.
4.Framing of charges.
5.Statement of complainant in front of magistrate.
6.Cross examination of complaint by your lawyer.
7.Statements of other prosecution witnesses and their cross examination by your lawyer.
8.Defence witnesses and their statements and cross examination by Government Lawyer. If you want to present but do not present as their cross examination may weaken the case.
9.Arguments between prosecution and defence.
10. Judgement
