Out of various cases files against me, I have come out of one with flying colours..
My wife has filed 498a along with some freebies and Dowry Protection. DV case and Cr.P.C 97 for producing the child..
Her application in Cr.P.C 97 was dismissed only on the basis of our preliminary objection that as per her version of the application itself, she has voluntarily and on her own accord left the child in the custody of father and grandparents, so the provisions of this section are not attracted. Judge took his time in passing the order but when he passed one, he dismissed the application without any trial.
The judge also did not pay much heed to the age of the child in her application (2-3 years).
My lawyer did a good job in this..
I wish all the best to everyone and to myself to keep the spirits high and keep fighting injustice..

Many ppl back of fighting thinking years it may ruin but dont thing the fruit it gives. Life is all about fighting and accepting what it gives.

however, i need to understand that i should not go overboard with the success and confidence.. this is just a start!

and now received an interim application in DV Act for custody and maintenance. date on 20th may, my lawyer is not going and i will apply for adjournment citing that the time given to file say is less..
