After a war of about a year and a half,spending 53 days in JC and struggling hard from day 1 in a simple false dowry case, having an objective not to become the victim of extortion, finally I got the bail yesterday.

The name that bangs in 498A cases Mr. Mahesh Tiwari, my lawyer did an awesome terrific job and torn apart the opposite party in arguments and made them naked in filing false 498A case. My another lawyer Mr. Padhy also did a commendable job who is the main hero behind the scene. This is a unique case of NRI who became the victim of Professional Marriage fraud Mafia and got trapped where some corrupt lawyers, biased judges and police prolonged the matter to make the money out of an Innocent NRI who did not know the law in India. The whole family was roped in and robbed by conned people.

I am also highly obliged to Mr. Kolhe (LAWYER) who gave his untiring support at all times and treated me as his brother. Hats off to these legendary guys who helped in moments of need.

I am enraged with those lawyers who robbed and blackmailed to pay when I was about to get the bail at first instance. Those lawyers did not show up on COURT dates and made me source of their regular Income. Spoiled my career and wasted my TWO AND A HALF golden years of life and made me jobless. Was supposed to get the anticipatory bail the very first day but due to non appearance of those cruel, selfish and greedy lawyers on court days after taking agreed full bail amount money, blackmailed me for more money which I also paid...they again cheated and deliberately did not argue my case, made my bail rejected in courts and I had to fight till supreme court. Compelled me to change the lawyer and gave me huge financial losses. Not Disclosing the names of those cheated lawyers who played with my career. God is looking at everyone's deeds and he will make them to repay in some or other way. "Curses will never go waste".

After every nightmare there is light...It is a fight for justice and still more has to win...thanks

I think that you should complain to the Bar council and also to the Income tax authorities for the lawyers who have misguided you.

FYI, if you remained in JC for 33 more days (total of 90), the police were obliged to file a CS before 90 days. Now they might take forever.

Charge sheet was filed at MM court before one month which was concealed by IO in the High Court. I was taken into custody in the High Court coz I refused to pay to girl and the judge was biased. This is the first ever case where chargesheet has been filed and investigation was over. Gross Injustice
