Respected Sir /Madam
My name is Neeraj Rayat.I am 24 year old living in delhi.I got married on 16-feb-2010 that was a arrange marriage.From the date of marriage my wife did so many not tolerated things.like fighting with my mother,torturing my mother mentaly.She said she will eat poison,"Fhansi laga lungi" ..like these threads she said me and my family.Even she tells every time every news to her mother over phone not in front of us.& she called her mother from neighbor house & STD shops without our permission.She dont want to live with me.She did many things which is not did by any married woman.From last 20 days she is in her parents house.Today a police man came in our house with a written complaint which lodged by themselves.The complaint is totally false.Written in complaint like-"Humne use dhake maar kar ghar se nikala".& many other false statements.But when last time her parents came to our house she told us that she don't want to live with me then she went from my house.Even we have proof of neighbors that she and her parents went from my house with there own decision.Now i want to request you to take any action against them as they are doing false statements.Which we never did or said.
Some of there false statements like-
We are demanding 2 lacs rupees

which is totally false statement but in written complaint they said only few things which i wrote previously.
I am mentally very upset because i am very honest and normal person belongs to a good nature family.It was first marriage in my family of me because i am elder.Even after 10 days of marriage she said that she is pregnant.But that was unusual because it was arrange marriage.
In future if they lodged dowry false case then that will not in us favor because we never did or said.
I request you to help me in this case means what should i do if false statements & complaints are given by themselves(My wife Parents)
