Hi my family court case in pending in . i do not have any lawyer and was representing myself. last time when i went i was manhandled at the high court premises by the wifes lawyers and was hospitalized, and and was released the next day. so i sent a counter affidavit by post with all the matter to family court judge 2 months back. But there is no update on the case and neither details the case available in courts website pls advise |
