Police had table made Cr.P.C 161(3) documents when no witness / complainant gave their statements on respective dates and forged signature of retired Inspector for filing charge sheet.

It has been four months that Neither Police Nor complainant had filed counter.

I have all SC grounds for quashing FIR as valid for my case but I did not use any of those grounds!!! HC had granted interim stay and asked Police to respond in two weeks for such serious allegations against Police.

Will anybody (who is giving justice) have the Guts to file FIR against the Police?
