My wife filed 498A case against me and my family. In FIR , my wife produced a hard copy of email and said that through that email, I gave her threatening and demanded money. While I never sent any such email.
Can I file any counter case basis on my email hack or fake email?

Every email is attached with a mail header that contains IP address of the sender. The hard copy of email filed by her must contain the entire mail header details otherwise it is a waste piece of paper.

If she has hacked your email account to send such email then she will have to face perjury and also criminal offense under IT laws.

You may have to diagnose the mail header carefully, ask help from some friend who has knowledge in this regard. Also consult your lawyer how to proceed further as there are several sections in CrPC and IPC to go IA in 498a or as separate complaint.

Yes you are right that basis on header we can get exact client computer IP and location basis on IP.

But my Q is this, that she mis-used my email ID or produced fake email, how or what legal legal action can i take aginst her basis on this fact.

Visit this link http://www.truthlabs.org/. Truth lab is in Hyderabad. They can track that e-mail and can tell where it is originated. Certified copy from Truth lab is also valid in Court. Try to speak them and they may help you.

You should file perjury immediately. All the cases against you will be heard after the perjury case. Court will forward the matter to the cyber cell. Have fun dude...
